Prompt: What would happen if animals could talk? What are some of the questions you would like to ask animals?
Like humans, animals talk. But they talk their own language. Everyday you see animals communicate with each other: birds, dogs, cats, fish, giraffes...
If you have a dog or a cat (or whatever pets), you know that they communicate with you. Not by talking, but by the way they behave and look at you. You know they understand you, as well as they know you understand them. When you move towards the door, they know you are going to leave. When you open their pouch food, they know you are going to feed them. When they move their tail, you know they are happy. When they bark or meow, you know that is something wrong around. They are your friends, they play with you, they are always here for you. They know when you are sad, because they do not act as usual. You talk to them and tell them your stories, but contrary to a real human friend, they can not "talk" to you back. In these moments, you would like them to be able to talk in your language.
If animals could talk, I would ask them if they are cold (do they need to wear clothes?). Are they happy to be our pet? Do they like the kind of food that humans have invented for them? What do they think about people? I would talk to them as I talk to a human being. If animals could talk, humans would maybe stop abusing them, making experiences and killing them. They are living beings, and we should think more about what they would like to tell us.

Penguin: -You haven't only sucked ice (but alcohol..)
Bird: -But what's happening to me?? ... Hmmm, a small last one...

you are really care about animals. if they can talk, i'm not sure they will be happy to be our pets.....
